I've been used to leaving the Windows PC on, but recently, for various reasons I've started turning it off again. Sign's aren't good. It no longer assigns IP settings. Sometimes it forgets the DNS and DHCP settings, other times it forgets the IP and subnet. I now have to set them manually. Additionally the hard drive sounds like it is on it's last legs, so I've spent the weekend backing up stuff. Then I'll be testing the integrity of the HDD and if necessary replacing it. *Sigh*
