The continuing dramas of my PC...

So I got straight onto the phone with them this morning to ask them why they gave me back my PC without mentioning the lack of RAM. I was met with a moment's embarrassed silence followed by an offer to provide me with some RAM.
"Ok then," I quipped, how much? The young lad then proceeded to offer the RAM to me at double the retail value! (I know this because I went shopping for prices the night before). You can guess what my answer was.
