I don't know what's wrong with me recently. I get periods at night when I'm sitting here and I feel restless and fidgety. It's happened a few times now and I really don't know what to do for the best. It's the oddest sensation and I tend to feel it in my forearms all the way to my fingers. Previous times I've tried to occupy my mind more by watching TV or going to bed. I guess I'll do one of them now.
